PRTC Supplies 170,000 Bottles of Disinfectants
TEHRAN (NIPNA) – The Petrochemical Research and Technology Company (PRTC) has so far produced 170,000 bottles of disinfectants to combat the coronavirus outbreak in the country.
The items were produced jointly the PRTC and Karoon Petrochemical Plant and contain bleach as well as antiseptic solution.
Iran's petrochemical industry continues to tap all its available capacities to prevent and deal with the outbreak of coronavirus.
So far, 160,000 bottles have been distributed in Mahshahr Petrochemical Zone, in the southwestern province of Khuzestan, and Assaluyeh, southern Iran.
Iran is among the most badly hit countries by the virus and so far over 4,000 citizens have been officially registered as victims of COVID-19.
